Monday - Friday: 9:00AM-4:30PM

Saturday: 9:00AM - 12:30PM

All other deliveries are through contracted delivery companies. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will attempt to get as accurate information as possible regarding stock availability.  If there is a delay in the stock being available we will contact you and let you know. 

The $100 flat fee includes the basic connection of the appliance and removal of the old unit if required. This excludes where the product has to be hard wired or connection of dishwashers and dishdrawers and wall mounted product. The following product: Gas Cooktops or Stoves, Electric In-built Ovens, Free Standing Ovens, Cooktops, Supertubs, Wall Mounted Dryers, Ducting of Dryers and Rangehoods, Rangehood Installations, Ice & Water Plumbing, Wall mounting of Televisions, Trim Kits and Integration Kits, Air Conditioning Units and Portable Air Con are all to installed by qualified separate contractors that we can recommend.

It is the responsibility of the customer to prepare the site before a new appliance is installed and ensure that the required services (i.e. power and suitable plumbing) are available.

Should an installer agree to assist in disconnecting and removing an appliance, it is done on the strict understanding that the customer accepts full responsibility for all and any damage that may result to either the premises or the appliance.

Where a new appliance is to be connected to a water supply, the installer must have easy access to the plumbing and connection will only be made to existing plumbing. Magness Benrow will check the appliance but will not be held responsible for any water leakage that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

On occasions the installer may be asked to deliver an appliance through a restricted or risky area including narrow entrances and hallways, across soft wooded or covered floor and tight turning staircases. All care will be taken but on the understanding that the customer accepts full responsibility for all and any damage that may result to either the premises or the appliance.

The $100 flat fee goes from Pukekohe to Silverdale. This excludes where delivery requires an extra person and where transport by planes or ferries are required or to a rural delivery address.
