Best kettle ever - saves electricity wastage and excess mould-causing steam being generated into the home. You also get water at the appropriate temperature for whatever you are needing it for.

Had already had product which finally gave up the ghost, hence purchasing from Magness Benrow. Searched internet and you had best price!

Was very disappointed with delivery time! Took 10 days to reach us on WAIHEKE ISLAND? I emailed and said thought it might’ve been an over nighter but was informed that nowhere on website was that stated. Covid etc was pointed out, but very little info only to say status had changed, was waiting for pickup and 10 days later finally received product. So presume it was delivered via horse n cart as had 3 deliveries via NZ Post in that time frame no problem, 1 from outside Auckland. It’s a great product but service delivery could do with gee up, nobody should have to wait 0 days for small appliance, in the meantime having to use saucepan to heat water over gas. Not good! Fancy having to do 8 grids to verify I’m not a robot. I’m 80yrs old for gifs sake
