Take advantage of our Trade-In & Save offer. For a limited time, receive an additional 5% discount when you purchase a new eligible model and trade in your old like-for-like appliance.
Trade & Save is available for delivery in the Auckland Area only.
1. Eligibility
- Customers must purchase a new appliance and trade in a like-for-like old appliance (for example, fridge for fridge, washer for washer).
- The trade-in appliance must be complete and reasonably accessible for removal.
- This means the appliance must be fully disconnected from anything that would prevent immediate removal, including:
- Wiring
- Plumbing
- Other appliances
- Fixtures or fittings
- Wall brackets
2. Discount
- A 5% discount applies to the eligible new appliance once the trade-in is confirmed.
- Limit of one discount per new appliance purchased with a corresponding trade-in.
3. Removal and Disposal
- Free removal of your old appliance is available when paid delivery is selected for the new appliance.
- If delivery is not used, free disposal is available when the old appliance is dropped off in store at the time of purchase.
4. Pricing
- All products included in the promotion maintain standard website pricing at the time of purchase.
- The 5% discount is applied as an additional promotional benefit.
5. Exclusions
- Commercial purchases, clearance items, and already discounted package deals may be excluded.
- Trade-ins cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- This promotion does not apply to Ministry of Social Development transactions.
6. Other Conditions
- Store teams reserve the right to assess trade-in suitability.
- Standard store policies apply to all purchases.
